With the head office in Shah Alam and a branch in Prai, the group also has two other operating subsidiaries, namely Scott & English Technology (Bintulu) Sdn Bhd and Scott & English Technology (Perak) Sdn Bhd. The Group was formerly known as GH Group of Companies.

Tracing its history to 1996 (with the establishment of Challenger Engineering & Trading), the Group has been moving in tandem with the nation’s fast pace of development. It began by providing engineering release service; maintenance; and mechanical, electrical and acoustics installation and contracting. It has since expanded its scope of business to include the supply, rental, and maintenance of generator sets, air compressors and sand minding equipment, among others. The company is now based in Kota Kemuning Indstrial Park, Shah Alam.

Each company in the Group was set up to bring timely solutions and efficient service to clients in the construction, fabrication, shipbuilding and oil and gas sectors in different parts of Malaysia. Under the total solutions concept, these companies offer sale, rental and maintenance of equipment, and source specialised equipment for specific industries.
